To that end, we have developed an online communications portal that allows students, parents, and our team members to communicate easily and effectively. We provide unique usernames and passwords that will allow you to submit work orders, pay your rent online, and email our community team directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

We want to make every transition into our community as smooth as possible! That’s why we’ve developed a custom-matched roommate program to help students meet new people and surround themselves with like-minded individuals. Every student will be asked to fill out a detailed profile questionnaire that includes pertinent information such as hobbies, interests, living habits, and study habits. The program then provides roommate options based on information provided so that residents have the ability to connect via social media before move in. Our Community Assistant Program provides mentors that have been thoroughly trained on how to handle and recognize crisis situations and assist with roommate mediation. The program also helps students develop essential skills needed for their future academic and professional pursuits. Any student interested in becoming a community assistant can visit their community office and complete an application. Community assistants are eligible for great benefits like free parking and free rent! Our roommate mediation services and personal development programs will foster your student's growth and success at school and at home.

All of our apartments come with all kitchen appliances, a full size washer and dryer in each unit, water, basic cable, property wide Wi-Fi, sewage, on-site dumpsters, monthly pest control, and on-site maintenance.
Yes, we do have uniquely styled living and bedroom furniture available for an additional monthly charge.
Yes! We are pet friendly. There is a one time pet fee of $300 and an additional $25 per month for pet rent. We do have restrictions against aggressive breeds. Please reach out to the office staff for additional info.
We want to do everything we can to ensure that you have a safe living environment. The Social does have an on-site courtesy officer that is on the property daily. We encourage all of our residents to report any suspicious activity and as always dial 911 for emergencies.
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. We have an easy online payment system that allows you to pay any time of the day. You never have to worry about late fees if you opt into our automatic withdrawal option.
Yes, we do have on-site maintenance. Our online portal makes it easy to submit work requests online directly to our office staff. There is a 24 hour emergency line available as well.
Great! We look forward to having you! We ask that the resident fills out a resident application and the parent fills out the guarantor form. If you are participating in roommate matching, please fill out the profile too. All of these forms can be found on our website.
